Delivery

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering.

We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 5 working days, provided the goods are in stock. You should expect to receive your goods within 7 – 10 working days of the date of placing your order.  NAM shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, however caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

P&P Charges

UK – 20% of total value of goods. (Min price £4.95)
Europe – 30% of total value of goods. (Min price £15.00)
Rest of World – 40% of total value of goods. (Min price £15.00)

Payment & Security

You can pay for your order by Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Maestro, or Delta. After processing your payment by credit card, the National Army Museum online shop does not retain your card details which means you will need to resubmit this information when you place a further order on this website.

Our site uses a company called SECPay to process online payments.  They handle in excess of a million transactions each month and use the latest in secure encryption to make sure your details are kept safe.  If you wish to find out more about SECPay you can visit their website at www.secpay.com.

When you complete an order and submit your payment details, relevant information is sent to your card provider. They will check that the address, postcode, card holder name and CV2 code (the last three digits on the signature strip at the back of your card) match with their records. Your credit/debit card provider will then authorise or reject the transaction based on this checking.

Your card will not be debited until the goods are ready for despatch. We recommend that you do not send personal or financial details to us via email as they will be insecure.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item or if it has been damaged in transit, or becomes faulty please return it in its original packaging and with your order documents to:

Please return it within 28 days of receiving the order. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request, within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If the item is damaged in transit, was incorrectly supplied, or develops a fault, we will refund the cost of postage, but in all other cases, the cost of returning the item will be at the customers expense.
